Why Devoted Care

We started with a simple belief: care should feel personal.

Devoted Care was created because good support is more than finishing a list of tasks. It is noticing the small things, taking time to listen, and helping someone keep the routines and independence that matter to them. We want families to feel confident that their loved one is being treated with genuine patience, warmth, and respect.

01

We listen. Care begins with understanding the person, not just the task.

02

We show up. Families deserve dependable support and honest communication.

03

We care deeply. Every client is treated with the same patience and respect we would want for family.

What is non-medical home support?

It is practical, everyday help that allows a person to feel comfortable and supported at home. This can include personal routines, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, appointments, and respite for family caregivers.

Who can receive support from Devoted Care?

Our services are intended for seniors and adults who would benefit from help with daily living, as well as families looking for dependable respite or support for a loved one returning home after a hospital stay.

How is a support plan created?

We begin with a conversation about the person, their usual routine, preferences, schedule, and the areas where help is needed. From there, we shape a clear plan that feels comfortable for the client and their family.

Do you provide medical or nursing care?

Devoted Care provides non-medical home support. Medical treatments, nursing procedures, and clinical decisions remain with the appropriate regulated health-care professional.

Which communities do you serve?

We are preparing to serve Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Contact us if you are nearby and would like to ask about availability.
